Aspirants dream program
Aspirants Dream Program is designed for the newcomer refugees to provide them with cash and medical assistance to support them as they enter the workforce and integrate into their new communities, as early employment is a path to self-sufficiency and longer-term integration.
Aspirants Dream Program has the following six service priorities to promote long-term self-sufficiency, integration, and well-being:
1- Cash and medical assistance to support refugees as they enter the workforce and integrate into their new communities.
2- Early employment as a path to self-sufficiency and longer-term integration; economic mobility.
3- Intensive strengths-based case management for vulnerable populations.
4- Health, mental health, and well-being assessments and services.
5- A whole-family approach, including services for children and youth to ensure a successful transition to adulthood and integration for the elderly.
6- Foster care for unaccompanied minors.
The program assists refugees in becoming familiar with the American system and some of the government forms they might need to complete. If necessary, it also refers them to volunteer attorneys or low-cost law firms.
The program's current scope is limited to form completion, and provide translation resources.
